About
Built to close the gap between reputation and presentation.
Auctoria Partners exists for businesses that have already earned trust in the real world and need their digital presence to reflect it accurately.
Why Auctoria exists
The founding purpose
Many capable, well-established businesses are underserved online. They have long customer relationships, skilled people, and standards they hold themselves to — and a digital presence that was built quickly years ago, or assembled from whatever was available at the time.
The usual options are not a good fit. Large agencies scope for large budgets, and low-cost providers deliver templates that ignore how the business actually operates. Auctoria was founded to work in between: research first, recommendations proportionate to the business, and implementation the client owns afterward.
The name
Where “Auctoria” comes from
Auctoria is a Latin-inspired coined name derived from auctor, meaning author, founder, or trusted authority, and auctoritas, meaning authority, credibility, influence, and earned respect.
The name reflects Auctoria’s purpose: helping established businesses make the trust they have already earned more visible through clear positioning, evidence-based guidance, thoughtful implementation, and long-term partnership.
That idea is captured in the tagline:
Turning Reputation Into Trust
“Partners” reflects the collaborative nature of the work and Auctoria’s commitment to supporting clients beyond a single project or launch.
Bringing the reputation built at the front door into the digital world.

Elyse Hernandez

Founder, Auctoria Partners
Elyse Hernandez is a strategic growth and transformation leader with 13+ years of experience helping organizations develop products, grow revenue, improve customer experiences, and strengthen the operations behind their work.
Professional background
Throughout her career, Elyse has held leadership roles spanning product strategy, inside sales, business transformation, global operations, process improvement, and new service development. She has launched and expanded numerous product and service lines, built sales functions and customer workflows, led cross-functional initiatives across large organizations, and managed complex portfolios spanning more than 90 locations.
With a foundation as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Elyse brings a structured, evidence-based approach to business improvement. Her work begins with understanding how a company actually operates, including its customers, strengths, constraints, people, and goals, before recommending technology, marketing, or process changes.
Elyse founded Auctoria after repeatedly seeing the same disconnect: strong businesses often deliver excellent work, but their websites, customer experience, or internal systems do not fully reflect the quality of the company behind them.
Auctoria was created to help close that gap through thoughtful research, clear strategy, careful implementation, and ongoing digital presence management.
Education and professional development
Elyse earned her master’s degree from Charles University in Prague and her bachelor’s degrees from Saint Louis University. Her professional development includes certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, along with additional certifications in product management, revenue optimization, and nonprofit leadership.
Community and nonprofit leadership
Elyse’s experience also includes nonprofit consulting, volunteer leadership, mentorship, and support for children and families. She has contributed to leadership development, organizational growth, volunteer training, and community-based programs.

Auctoria works best when a conversation starts with the business itself — what you do well, who you serve, and what you are trying to improve.
